About The Priest
Pandit Sri Viswaprasad Krishtipati, or Viswamji as we fondly call him hails from Venkatagiri, AP India. He started Veda adhyayanam at the tender age of 8 from his father Late Sri Kristipati Subbaramaiah.
He also learnt Jyotisham from Sri J.V.S Sasthrigaru. He holds a B.Com and has MA in Astrology. He started his career as Priest in 1994 at Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Devasthanam, Venkatagiri. He then served at Sri Kalahastheeswara Swamy Devasthanam between 2004 – 2012 before moving to USA. He served at Hindu Devasthanam at Fremont from 2012 to 2018.
In 2016, he formed a Non Profit Sanatana Hindu Dharma International Vedic Awareness (SHIVA) with an aim to upkeep traditional Hindu dharma. He has performed several High profile events such as Laksha Rudraksha Pooja, Koti Kumkumarchana, Koti Rama Nama Japam and Satha Koti Ramanama Japam at Ayodhya.
