Shri Rama Navami is a Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Lord Rama, the seventh avatar of Lord Vishnu. Special prayers and bhajans (devotional songs) dedicated to Lord Rama are conducted. We are going to make Laksha vadas for Hanuman Jayanti from May 5th to May 29th (Weekdays:-5:30 pm to 8:30 pm & Weekends:-10:00 am to 5:00 pm). If Anyone Wants to volunteer laksha Vada making, join our Whatsapp group.
Devasthanam havans are conducted for various purposes including seeking divine blessings for the well-being of the community, prosperity, success in endeavors, spiritual growth, or specific intentions of the devotees. The fire used in the havan is considered sacred and symbolizes Agni, the fire god, who is believed to carry the offerings to the deities. The fire is kindled according to Vedic rites and is kept burning throughout the ceremony. Having a priest perform a havan at home adds an element of tradition, expertise, and sanctity to the ritual. The priest arrives at the designated time along with any assistants he may have. He sets up the havan kund and arranges the offerings and other items required for the ceremony.
